Special emphasis on Tandoori Cooking reflects Chef Sharanjit 's vision of bringing Tandoori Cuisine to higher levels of popularity in the Great Pacific North West. The delicious and healthy Indian fare is very popular in Great Britain where more Indian than English restaurants can be found. Popular accompaniments are our special stuffed naan breads which are baked vertically in the Tandoor oven.

Our Tandoori signature dishes are first marinated in an exotic blend of spices, as inspired by chefs of bygone eras, before they are barbecued on skewers in the tall high-heat (320c / 600f) tandoor oven over charcoal. A quick stove-top finish follows. This mode of cooking ensures the succulence of the ingredients.
